Has life ever got overwhelming?
Has life ever got you stressed?
Have things got unbearable?
99% of those answers will be a yes. One main thing that people usually forget is that you are never alone, things in life get hard for everyone whether its relationships, exams, jobs, whatever the situation is, we've have all felt the same. No one wants to ride the negative thought train but its up to YOU what stop you wish to come off. Whether thats now or a few stops down, no one can force your happiness.
Recently my answers to the questions have been all yes. YES its stressful, YES its overwhelming and YES it began to become unbearable. I decided to make a change, I didn't want to be falling into a pit of despair. Do you feel me?
SO....
Take one long deep breathe and start to make changes...
~Thinking positive
~Aspire to Inspire
~Get it over and done with and look forward to the future
~Go outside and explore
~Spend quality time with friends and family, the things that really matter
To 'Clear my mind' I took a trip to the beach with two of my closest friends and let each one of my thoughts drain away with the waves as they slowly drew back into the sea.
